In her significant role at one of Japan’s foremost human resources firms in India, Mohita spearheaded the establishment and growth of their HR consulting division. This position enabled her to work intimately with Japanese subsidiaries in India, aiding them in developing effective organisational structures, localising essential skills, and managing human resources with a keen understanding of cultural nuances.
